Endeavormore Coaching’s mission is to empower, enable, and encourage those of us who decided to take on ambitious endeavors in education. We believe that meaningful change happens when vision is matched with the right support, tools, and strategies. We help educators move beyond theory to successfully implement sustainable coaching programs that transform teaching and learning. We are committed to building capacity in administrators, instructional coaches, and teachers through personalized, practical, and actionable guidance.

Meet Our Founder,
Michelle Harris
With over 25 years of experience as a teacher, instructional coach, administrator, and consultant, Michelle understands firsthand the strain of excessive workloads, constant change, and mounting external pressures in education. Her time in the field developing successful strategies, implementing sound practices, and empowering fellow educators to experience the joy of overcoming seemingly insurmountable obstacles inspired her to found Endeavormore Coaching.
