Founder and CEO Michelle Harris is a teacher, author, coach, and consultant driven by a mission to make a positive impact on the world through education.

It all started in the classroom at a middle-school in El Cajon, CA. That turned into 17 years as a teacher, administrator, and coach in Beaverton, OR

Michelle then spent 12 years with the Instructional Coaching Group working for Jim Knight as the Director of Consulting and co-authored The Instructional Playbook, Evaluating Instructional Coaching, People, Programs, and Partnership, and The IC Toolkit.  

Michelle has keynoted and presented to tens of thousands of educators on six continents and has been personally involved in the implementation of Instructional Coaching programs that have supported over 500 schools.

She has a passion for helping fellow educators in systems of all shapes and sizes successfully implement effective, resilient, and sustainable Instructional Coaching programs.
